These covers are great for elastic free time. The outer layer is PUL inner layer is Fleece. We wanted to add extra water resitant layer on outside and extra comfiness to the inside for your litte who may be sentistive to PUL. These are a great alternative to wool covers. They dont have as much stretch as wool so if needed size up.
